Oil and Water Don't Mix tells the story of the men who took charge of cleaning of the 2010 BP oil spill in Laffite, Louisiana. When BP neglected to help the citizens of Louisiana Frank Stuart and Timmy Kerner took the responsibly of getting the job done.

Bailey Stuart
Bailey Stuart is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans with a degree in Digital Filmmaking. Bailey also attended New Orleans Center for Creative Arts in both their media arts and academic studio programs. She is a New Orleans based filmmaker with 8 years experience working mainly as an editor & director of various short films, music videos, documentaries, and commercial work.
Since the age of 12 Bailey has had a growing passion for film and storytelling. Her first experience with filmmaking happened during the golden age of YouTube when she first discovered she had an interest in editing. She has since gained experience by practicing her craft and collaborating with other filmmakers in the New Orleans area. Bailey aims to develop more knowledge of the film world and editing through content creation and commercial work.
